Please note that plants are not only natural products, but also living beings. That’s why aside from growing new leaves, they also lose old ones. Plants are not manufactured by machine and therefore do not look identical. Minor „cosmetic imperfections“ such as small spots, tears or brown tips can be very natural to plants.

In addition, there may be small deviations in size due to seasonal factors. Regarding variegated leaves, it can happen that variegated parts turn brown. Although this occurs less frequently under optimal conditions, it can never be completely avoided. Further, planters are not included in scope of delivery by default.
